Don't go for programs that promise instant weight loss because it is impossible, and, even if it was possible it would pose a serious risk for your health.
2. Be prepared by knowing how much weight you want to lose and how much weight you're expected to lose with a particular weight loss plan. That way you'll know how long the process is going to take approximately, and this should be a big motivational boost
